Lets get real.... lockdown is stressful!
We hold stress in our bodies at least as much as in our minds.
We need to treat our bodies kindly - move our bodies in ways that make us feel good so we enjoy ourselves and this will raise our mood.
Remember to:
Keep close to your home
Follow physical distancing
No swimming, boating, hunting or tramping
Do not meet up with anyone outside your bubble
Encouraged to wear a mask / face covering
