In accordance with the traditional definition of education, it is the process of acquiring new knowledge, improving one's ability to think critically and logically, and getting ready for adult life.
Fundamentally, educators are those who will provide each of the needs and opportunities that learners need to learn, develop, and mature. When teaching, a variety of factors in a student's life must be observed and considered, including hereditary, familial setting, and the community in which he or she engages. These elements will aid the teacher in determining the approaches and instructional materials that best suit the student's innate personality and learning style.
My teaching philosophies as a beginning teacher;
The teacher's primary responsibility is to assist students in finding the answers they need on their own, Instead of being the source of knowledge or in simple words spoon-feeding.
Errors should be viewed as misconceptions and not as a weakness in the learner.
A teacher must grant students access to hands-on activities, give the students enough room and time to reinforce the lesson, and provide a place for the building of knowledge.
I strongly believe that a true educator must go beyond just solely imparting knowledge and developing reasoning and critical thinking skills to his or her students.
A competent educator must recognize the diversity of each student in the classroom and give them relevant opportunities and experiences that meet their individual needs.
I believe that every child has something to bring to the table, whether it be musical or artistic talent, an interest in Science, Mathematics, or English, or even just a cheery and kind personality. Hence, in order to assist students develop their capabilities, educators should offer them opportunities to showcase their skills in a way that is targeted to their individual needs and capabilities.
I strongly believe that group activities or group works are not just meant for students to enjoy, but also provide lifelong learning skills
