Being a teacher is a lifelong process and learning. The goal of professional development is to gain the knowledge and abilities that will increase your productivity at work. Personal development focuses on enhancing your interpersonal and communication abilities as well as your emotional stability. Personal and Professional growth involves learning new things in order to enhance your job, but it also involves some aspects of personal growth. Professional growth involves developing personally in the field so that you fully comprehend what you do and how to get better. It involves acquiring the abilities required to do your profession as successfully as possible, and it is something that you will do throughout your career.Â
As a future teacher, I have realized that I have to learn more, and attend more seminars, or webinars that are relevant to my future profession, to make sure my understanding of our area of expertise for our future profession is always at the highest level possible essential to be an effective and competitive educator.
