The mission of Taos Academy is to prepare students in fifth through twelfth grade to achieve and maintain a level of excellence by supporting and promoting academic achievement, strong leadership skills, and social responsibility.
True to this mission, the Taos Academy College and Career Pathways program focuses on students in ninth through twelfth grade in an effort to facilitate, coach, and support students in their individual paths toward life after high school.

Program Goals
Our students are graduating with skills that will help them with whatever path their lives might take. They know how to demonstrate those skills, articulate those skills, and leverage those skills for future opportunities.
Beyond the curriculum from each individual course, whether it be Edgenuity, Enrichment, Advisory, 21st century, or STEM, our students will be able to say (in a cogent and professional presentation) that they have accessed lifeworthy learning and created a project with big understandings.
