According to NH State Law, all students entering public schools must have documentation of current immunization status. Additionally, children 11 years of age and older must have documentation of a one-time dose of Tdap (tetanus/diptheria/pertussis) prior to entering 7th grade. Parents / Guardians will be contacted as necessary to request acceptable proof of documentation.
