Symposium Proposals

We are seeking diversity in presenters and presentation topics – all who work with undergraduate and/or graduate students are invited to submit a proposal!

The UAC Symposium Committee is accepting proposals for the 2025 University Advisors and Counselors (UAC) Symposium – Equipping Students to Take Center Stage at the Brazos Center in Bryan, TX on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. We will be offering this year's symposium in-person and virtual.

We are encouraging presenters to focus their topics on assisting students in achieving their own success.    

If you have any questions, please contact Julie Hurley, julielynnhurley@tamu.edu. The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, March 7th at 5pm Central Time.

If your proposal is accepted, all presenters must register to attend the conference.
