A primary goal of the 2026 CeNAM Frontiers meeting is to foster communication and collaboration in the time domain and multi-messenger (TDAMM) era, and so we encourage all participants at the conference to share their research and discuss how they are working to advance our understanding of the origins of the elements.
Every attendee at Frontiers 2026 will be offered a chance to present their research, either as a poster presentation or a contributed/invited talk. Completing registration and paying the registration fee will secure a spot at the poster session on Thursday, May 21. Attendees who wish to instead give a contributed talk may optionally submit an abstract by February 27, 2026 and decisions will be made before the early bird registration deadline (more details can be found on the Registration page).
Poster printing is available at Texas A&M University, but you may also print your own poster to bring to the meeting. We provide the following guidelines to help participants design their posters and slideshows for the conference.
Posters
For the poster session on Thursday, May 21, the recommended poster size is 48 x 36 inches (121.9 x 91.4 cm). If you wish to print your poster using TAMU printing once you arrive, this is the size we will print.
Poster easels will be provided; due to the dimensions of the easels, a horizontal (landscape) format is preferred for the poster.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be given in slideshow format using the large projector in the Stephen Hawking Auditorium. We ask that you upload your talk as either a PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF file no later than 8:00 PM the day before your talk is scheduled.
As the conference approaches, we will send out links to all invited and contributed speakers to upload your slideshow presentations.
If you have any questions about presentation formatting, please contact us at frontiers2026@tamu.edu.
