ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR CONTRIBUTED TALKS CLOSES ON MARCH13!
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: ⚠️
If you requested lodging support through the pre-registration form, please do not book your own hotel room yet!
The Frontiers Organizing Committee is currently reviewing the pre-registration forms and plans to announce lodging support decisions in late February or early March, to allow time for participants to plan accordingly before the early bird registration deadline on March 20.
If you are offered lodging support, TAMU will be block booking and paying for the hotel ahead of time, so there is no need to make a reservation and request reimbursement. Based on the volume of lodging support requests, graduate students will most likely be offered a shared double-occupancy room, unless there is a special need for a single room.
If you have not requested lodging support and will be booking your own hotel for the conference, please see below for a list of options within walking / driving distance of the Mitchell Institute.
More than two dozen nearby hotels, such as the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of the campus, are available for reservation. Early booking is encouraged to ensure availability.
Additional options include Cavalry Court and The George in nearby Century Square as well as many located just down University Drive or Texas Avenue, including Hampton Inn, Home2Suites by Hilton, the Drury Plaza Hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton, Hilton College Station, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Days Inn by Wyndham, Comfort Suites, Hyatt Place, Aloft, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Towneplace Suites by Marriott.
