If you receive an email about travel/lodging support from a conference booking website or agency, please do not respond or give out any personal information! These are scam emails that target conferences, and we have been warned that many of them are circulating right now. Official emails will be sent from frontiers2026@tamu.edu.

All lodging support decisions have been announced at this time. If you have been offered lodging support, TAMU will book and pay for the hotel, so there is no need to make a reservation. If you previously requested lodging support but have not received an email from us, please reach out as soon as possible.

If you are booking your own hotel room, please see below for options within walking / driving distance of the venue.

More than two dozen nearby hotels, such as the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of the campus, are available for reservation. Early booking is encouraged to ensure availability.

Additional options include Cavalry Court and The George in nearby Century Square as well as many located just down University Drive or Texas Avenue, including Hampton Inn, Home2Suites by Hilton, the Drury Plaza Hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton, Hilton College Station, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Days Inn by Wyndham, Comfort Suites, Hyatt Place, Aloft, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Towneplace Suites by Marriott.
