Registration

We are pleased to invite participants to register for the 2026 CeNAM Frontiers in Nuclear Astrophysics meeting! To secure your spot at the conference, please complete the registration form (also provided below), and pay the $200 registration fee via Flywire (portal available soon).

Who should register:

• Participants of both the Junior Workshop (May 18–19) and the Main Conference (May 20–22)

• Invited speakers, panelists, session chairs, and poster presenters

• Guests and collaborators who wish to attend

The early bird registration deadline is March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. The registration fee is $200, which helps us to cover the costs of catering lunches, renting posters, and other logistics for the conference.  Participants may still register after March 20 (up until May 18), but there will be an additional $50 fee for late registration. 

Please note that the payment is separate from the registration form, and your registration will not be considered complete until both are submitted! If you fill out the registration form early but wait until after March 20 to pay, you will still be charged a $50 late fee.

Abstract Submission

All participants at the Frontiers meeting will be offered a poster presentation at the poster session on Thursday, May 21. Attendees who wish to instead give a 15-minute contributed talk during the Junior Workshop or Main Meeting (depending on your career stage) may optionally submit an abstract by February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST using this link or the form provided below.

Abstracts will be anonymized and reviewed by the 2026 Frontiers organizing committee, and we will notify you of our decision before the early bird registration deadline on March 20.
