00:45:00 seancohen: By the way, congrats to everyone who put in what I’m sure was a boatload of work for the 100 hour livestream! Y’all did a wonderful job 🙂

01:07:18 Martin Köhler: Did we assimilate IASI from 2008?
01:07:29 Clare Singer: Helene - Does this spatial pattern hold when you look at RH changes at different levels?
01:08:25 Karsten Haustein (he/him): what about influence of transient warming, i.e. stronger land warming leads to drier conditions on global average (temporarily)?
01:28:04 Andrew Williams: Also, I think Nadir did mention the AOGCM-derived ECS in his table
01:29:26 Nadir Jeevanjee: The review paper has a discussion on the various methods for calculating ECS and their history
01:31:12 Andrew Williams: Replying to "Also, I think Nadir ..."
(i was wrong, soz)
01:33:37 Nadir Jeevanjee: Here’s one of the follow-ups to Grose 2018 et al. I mentioned: https://esd.copernicus.org/articles/11/721/2020/
01:33:57 Martin Köhler: Nice talk and paper, Nadir. What about the tail to larger temperatures. There it becomes non-linear.
01:36:49 Nadir Jeevanjee: @Martin: Indeed there is curvature in T vs F on longer timescales. This seems to be a combination of deep ocean warming as well as the pattern effect (we're following up on this). So the TCR scaling will start to fail with longer timescales/larger warming.
