Base Camp Bash Details! 

Our Base Camp Bash will be held on Monday, August 31st from 4- 6 p.m.  We hope that EVERY TEA family will join us as we come together to celebrate the start of what promises to be a great year! Please be sure to RSVP for this event (See Courtenay's post on ParentSquare).  

The schedule of events for the Basecamp Bash are as follows:

4-4:45pm - Games and "Get Your Questions Answered" Time

•  Rotate through a series of fun and competitive "game" stations facilitated by TEA Seniors 

• Connect with our Parent Association (TAP) and sign up for fun volunteer roles (hand out pizza, work in the library, help with school dances, etc.)

• Get your Parent Square, Blackbaud and other questions answered at our "Admin" booth

• Purchase TEA Swag

4:45pm-5:05pm - All School Circle up

• Welcome by Jessa Brie Moreno, Head of School 

• Staff and Faculty Introductions

• Meet your neighbor activities

5:05pm-5:30pm - Crew Connect

• Lower School (preK-5th grade) students and their parents will head with their crew leaders to take a "tour" of their new classrooms and talk about the first day/week of school. 

• Upper School (6-11th grade) students and their parents will head with their crew leaders to their designated daily meeting location to talk about the first day of school, the crew trips and the new weekly schedule. 12th grade parents can connect with the crew leaders, but the students will be busy making dinner!

5:30pm-6:00pm - BBQ Dinner

• Enjoy a delicious meal on the field with new and returning friends. For $10 a person you can select a main dish (hamburger, veggie burger, 2 hotdogs, or 2 chicken apple sausages) plus a crunchy snack, cookie, and a drink. You will need to provide your OWN mess kit (plate, napkin, silverware, mug, etc.) Please select and pay for your meals below.
