Status Overview Vehicles

As selection criteria, the proposed fleet and within it all vehicles (default) or one or more vehicles can be selected. As another criterion, an IMEI number (unique identifier of the telematics box installed in the vehicle) can be used. By deleting the proposed fleet, it is also possible to select several/all fleets to which the user has access authorization.

Detailed Description

1 Fleet to which the vehicle is assigned

2 Vehicle license plate number

3 Generation of the tachograph (G-1 the first generation Tachograph, G-2.1 the smart generation Tachograph, G-2.2 the second generation of smart                       Tachograph)

4 Company cards with which the vehicle is currently registered

5 IMEI number of the telematics box installed in the vehicle

6 Last message of the vehicle (Live module only)

7 Current kilometer reading of the vehicle according to the digital tachograph (Live module only)

8 Current speed of the vehicle (Live module only) , Attention: if the driver has refused the transmission of his live data for a vehicle ("no ITS data"), a lock is         displayed here instead of the speed. This means that no activity data is available for the driver in this vehicle.

9 Ignition information "black" = ignition off, "green" = ignition on (Live module only)

10 Due date of the next calibration

11 Date of the first activity in the vehicle file

12 Date of the last activity in the vehicle file

13 Date/time of creation of the last vehicle file

14 Next remote download of driver card in "xx" days

15 Due date until the next legal archiving of the vehicle file ("-" = overdue)

16 The indication of the blue arrow shows that a spontaneous remote download is possible. This takes place when the blue arrow is clicked.

In the selection window that then appears (see below), a time period can be selected - retrospectively - as long as data is available in the digital tachograph in order to download it via Remote Download

Exception: for certain hardware (TC boxes) only the restricted function (period of the last 30 days) is available
