Search Criteria

Period from - to: any date from/to can be entered

Driver Groups:          Default: all driver groups that the user has access to 

Drivers: default:                      All drivers are selected, optionally one or more drivers can be selected

Position default report:      here it can be defined, if the position should be shown in the report, that optionally can be generated

Inclusive: Live                         if a telematics box is installed in the vehicle, and the module Live is activated, the current live data can also be selected here

Execution of the search:      If the search mask is marked "yellow", selection parameters have changed and a new search is to be executed by clicking on the yellow search mask

Overview

Driver:                            Surname and first name of the driver who crossed the border

Driver group:                Driver group to which the driver belongs

G:                                      Driver card version (here G2 V2)

Number:                         Number of border crossings

Country:                         Driver’s home country

Details per day/driver

when clicking on the arrow ">" left to the drivers name, the following will be displayed:

Clock icon:                      Date and time of border crossing

Country - Country:     Country of departure - Country of destination

Card slot:                        Slot in which the driver card was inserted at the time of the border crossing

Position:                         Clicking on ‘Determine position’ displays the digital map of the border crossing

Odometer reading:      Odometer reading at the time of border crossing

Vehicle:                            Registration number of the vehicle used for the border crossing    

Activity icons:                Duration of the respective activity

Data entry:                     System = automatic via the digital tachograph’s GPS,  manual = manual entry by the driver
