Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of:
meeting the deadlines for archiving driver and vehicle files as required by law and for remote downloading.
Overview of the number of driving and working time infringements per month, as well as the number of infringements per infringement category
Data gaps in vehicle files, driving without driver card, missing driver files.
Exceeding or upcoming deadlines for driver cards, company cards, calibration of tachographs, etc.
The dashboard enables the selection of one or more vehicle fleets as well as the selection of one or more driver groups. This depends on the user's authorisation.
Configuration of the Dashboard
The dashboard can be configured individually, differently for:
Upload files
Infringement report (driving- and working time infringements)
Data gaps
Dates
Within the respective headings, the graphic symbols can be shown or hidden. Furthermore, the end period can be determined for the data gaps.
The number of days for the due date of the respective appointments can be configured via parameters in the company details. Company details Alarm & Status
