LIVE
General
The prerequisite for using the service module is an installed vehicle box with an installed, activated SIM card in the vehicle, which is connected directly to the digital tachograph via the D8 (info interface).
With every change of activity, but at the latest every 15 minutes, the vehicle box transfers the current data package on driver activities, vehicle information and vehicle position data from the digital tachograph to the online portal at two-minute intervals.
The following functions are provided with the "TF LIVE" service module:
LIVE data - D8 data incl. GPS positions
Display of daily mileage/remaining driving time/working time
Online transmission of driving and rest times for driver and co-driver
Reminder: time + minimum duration (15/30 min.) of the next break
Display of the vehicle position on a digital map
Traceable speed history on the digital map
Daily updated display of messages, occurred warnings and violations
Via a separate interface (API), this data is also available for external systems (e.g. transport management systems). If you are interested, please contact your service partner.
Overview
In an overview map, the fleet manager/ dispatcher is shown in real time the current vehicle positions of all vehicles in a fleet, their driver activities, speeds and messages on a geographical map (left) and in a table (right) the current driving and rest times and the remaining driving time and working time budget of his drivers.

Clicking on a line in the overview calls up the next level of detail - driver/vehicle details.
Driver / Vehicle Details
When you select a vehicle in the overview list, detailed information about the vehicle and its driver is displayed.

Driver activities
The upper part displays information about driving time, working time, next break and other information for this day.
All activities (driving, work, rest, standby) with start, end and duration for this driver are displayed here. If a co-driver is registered on the vehicle, another block with information about the co-driver appears.

Speed Display
The detailed information on the course of a vehicle's speed is displayed in a graph. This course is recorded during the entire shift of a driver.
When moving the speed graph with the mouse, the corresponding vehicle position is displayed on the geographical map (blue pin).

Warnings / Violations
The messages provide information about warnings and violations from the digital tachograph. These are indicated by different colored pins in the online portal.
Flashing pins mean that the messages have not yet been retrieved.
When a warning or violation is selected, the corresponding vehicle position is displayed on the geographical map.
In addition, information about the last successful remote data download is also displayed here.
