Explanation of master data
In addition to the company's address data, other parameters are also displayed here, which can be changed by the customer if required. These include:
Display units in metric or imperial (example "kilometres" or " miles").
Display date/time as local time or UTC standard time
Language for display
Address data: these can be added and also changed. It is also important to specify the country as a control parameter, e.g. for the working time regulations or the determination of fines
Contact person: the main contact person of the customer (with the authorisation as "administrator) should be entered here
Explanations Licence / Retention
Automatic Deletion DDD/Activities
For driver and vehicle files, the retention period is specified here. Changes to the periods can only be made by the service partner.
The same applies to the deletion of drivers and vehicles. After the period specified there, they are automatically deleted.
Licence
In addition to showing the licence model for this customer, other functions within the licence are listed here:
Show live speed tab: change by customer possible.
Speed block: download of the speed block for evaluation outside this application (change only by service partner)
Live 6 M: Display of live data over a period of up to 6 months (change only by service partner)
Daily RDL (driver): daily remote download of driver files (change only by service partner)
Alarm & Status
The amount of days until the deadline is exceeded.
