Infringement Report

Infringement reporting - driving- and working times

General Information

There are 2 alternatives to create the infringement report:

Alternative 1: Click on the value of the respective month in the dashboard under infringement report.


Althernative 2: Select "Infringement reports " in the menu and specify the filter criteria:

Notes:

Period: Any period can be selected here

Fleets/driver groups:   the fleet with which the user has registered is always selected by default. Other fleets or all fleets can also be selected.

Drivers:                               by default, all drivers are selected. however, individual or multiple drivers can also be selected

Show: Here you have the option of selecting individually for each category (driving time or working time), or selecting the standard "all categories" (driving and working time).

With - without file-based 

infringements:                by default, all drivers with  "File-based violations" are selected. If "without" is selected, all drivers without violations are displayed, if both are selected, all drivers (with and without violations) are displayed

Live - infringement detection

enable:                                 The default is No, which means that only the violations from the archived driver files will be determined. If YES is selected, the live data will be taken into account. To get the violations (driver file-based and live data) displayed, select the "Live" icon to the right of the violations in the overview. All violations will be detected and displayed. The violations resulting from live data can be recognized by the blue background.

Selection : with file-based infringements -- Live "No".

With this selection, only violations based on archived driver files are detected and displayed. Here is the selection criteria:

Each column in the online display has a sorting function, so it is possible, for example, to sort by the sum of the individual infringements per category or the sum of driving/working times infringements or the total sum.

Selection : with file-based infringements -- Live "Yes".

This selection determines infringements based on archived driver files and additionally displays infringements from live data. Here are the selection criteria:
