Driving Time Report - graphical - driver overview / week

Explanations

Search Criteria

Week: Default: Previous week of the current day. Optionally, the current week or any week in the past can be selected by clicking on any day of the weekly calendar. The evaluation period is always Monday 00:00 - Sunday 23:59.

Fleets(driver groups): Default: selected fleet(s). All fleets/driver groups or only certain ones can be selected as long as the user has the access rights to the fleet/driver group.

Drivers: default: All drivers are selected, optionally one or more drivers can be selected

Only driver totals: Only the total for the driver and the time period are displayed

Inclusive: Live if a telematics box is installed in the vehicle, and the module Live is activated, the current live data can also be selected here

Execution of the search: If the search mask is marked "yellow", selection parameters have changed and a new search is to be executed by clicking on the yellow search mask

Totals per week/driver

Driver: Surname, first name of the driver

Display each line: duration and type of driver activity (see explanation at the bottom of the screen)

Details per day/driver

when clicking on the arrow ">" left to the drivers name, the following will be displayed:

In this report, the individual activities of the driver per day are displayed in chronological order. With a mouse-over, the duration of the activity is displayed. On the right side of the display, the totals of the activities for the individual day are listed.

To display activities of a few minutes, you can use the wheel in the middle of the mouse to zoom into any level of detail, as shown in this example:

Another special feature is the display of Live data if the corresponding selection has been made. This data can be displayed in addition to the archive data (if a box is installed in the vehicle and the live module is activated). In this case, the background of the details is highlighted in blue, as in the following example:
