The curriculum follows a carefully designed spiral progression model:
Grade 5 (Foundation): Students build fundamental skills in freestyle swimming and running.
Grade 6 (Advanced Challenges): Students progress to backstroke, breaststroke, and long-distance endurance challenges.
Interdisciplinary Learning & Practical Skills
This program emphasizes cross-disciplinary integration. Students apply mathematical formulas to calculate their athletic speed, while also mastering the PRICE injury prevention protocol alongside essential water safety and self-rescue skills.
The Peak Experience & Local Care
To graduate, students must successfully complete a 300-meter swim and a 1,500-meter run, earning the proud title of "Ironman Spirit Practitioners."
Yet, this curriculum is about more than just physical achievement. By integrating arts and maker education, students engage in charity sales and community service.
