Practitioner Bio

As part of your onboarding, we'll need some information to create your practitioner profiles for Nookal online bookings and the Symmetry Physiotherapy website.

Your bio helps patients get to know you, your clinical interests and the types of conditions you enjoy treating. Please follow the guidelines below and submit both versions using the form at the bottom of this page.

Step 1: Set Up or Access Your PRODA Account 

What is PRODA?

PRODA (Provider Digital Access) is the online authentication system used to securely access Australian Government health services, including HPOS.

If you don't already have an individual PRODA account, you'll need to register for one as part of your provider setup.

Before you start

When registering for PRODA, you'll need to verify your identity. It is helpful to have your identification documents ready before you begin. This may include documents such as your Medicare card, driver's licence and passport.

Make sure the personal details, including your name, are consistent across your identification documents, as discrepancies can delay the registration process.

Already have provider numbers?

If you're moving from another practice or already have Medicare provider numbers, you'll still need to ensure the appropriate provider arrangements are in place for each Symmetry location where you'll be working.
