As part of your onboarding, you'll need access to the key systems used across Symmetry Physiotherapy and ensure your accounts are set up securely.
Work through the steps below to confirm your access and complete the required security settings. You should have received your login details for the relevant systems as part of your onboarding. If you have not received these, please contact Brenda.
If you experience any other issues accessing an account or system, please speak with your Practice Manager or Director.
Your Symmetry Google account provides access to your work email and other Google Workspace resources used across the organisation.
Once you have logged in, please:
Confirm you can access your Symmetry Gmail account and Google Workspace.
Change your temporary password, if required.
Set up 2-Step Verification (2FA) to help protect your account.
Nookal is our practice management system and contains confidential patient and clinical information. Your individual account must be secured with multi-factor authentication (2FA).
Once you have successfully logged in, please complete the security setup below.

Please note: Your Nookal training will be completed separately as part of the Nookal Training module later in your onboarding.
Protecting patient, staff and business information is everyone's responsibility. Please be cautious with unexpected emails, text messages or requests asking you to provide login details, verification codes, personal information or make payments.
We have previously seen scam messages that impersonate members of the Symmetry team, including Directors. These may ask you to complete an urgent task, purchase gift cards or transfer money. Symmetry Directors will never ask you to purchase gift cards or make unexpected payments via text message or personal email.
If you're unsure whether a message or request is genuine, do not action it. Check with your Practice Manager or Director first.
Keep your accounts secure
Never share your password or verification codes.
Don't approve a 2FA request you didn't initiate.
Be cautious when opening unexpected links or attachments.
Report suspicious messages or account activity promptly.
Once you've completed your Accounts & Security setup, continue to the next step.
