How many attributes can be added to an attribute-only grade card (report card)?

Although this answer is not definitive, as it depends upon how many groups you use....but should give you an approximate total.

In the Attribute Only (landscape version)

• On the left approximately 33 including groups....so if you have 6 groups, then you have room for approximately 27 attributes.

• On the right approximately 30 including groups.....so if you have 4 groups, then you have room for approximately 26 attributes. The right side is also dependant on the size of your attribute key The key is under the right side group of attributes.

In the Attribute Only (One Column, Multiple Pages)

You can include unlimited number of attrbutes, as it will print to as many pages as necessary.

The key is to explain your attribute: O Outstanding, S Satisfactory, etc.

If there are only 5 for a specific Attribute Key, then you can have up to 65 characters in the Name field. Once you have more than 5 Values, then those values will show in 2 columns and you will need to limit your characters to 27 to avoid overlap.

The Attribute title field has a 128-character limit.

How do I move or change the order of attributes in a report card?

The location of attributes in the report card is determined by the groups they are in. Under Academic| Grade Manager| Attribute Grades| Group button (top right), assign the side of the report card you would like that group of attributes to appear on. Also, make sure all attributes are assigned to a group.
