Skills are created under Academic | Assessment Mgr | Skill Sets.

Create a skill subject. Subjects apply to all grade levels.

Create specific skills (e.g. factoring).

Teachers can now add skills to assignments in their class site under Grade Book | Assignments | Skill tab.

Teachers can then grade the assignment.

See current skill assessments for students by going to the Grade Book | Grade Summary and clicking the magfiying glass next to the student's name.

The classroom skills-based report card will show the individual skill sets. It averages them together and shows that grade.

The school-wide skills-based repot card only shows the indivudual skill sets and the averaged skill set grade.
