Grade 3
Jameson Forrest (Floyd/Collins) We are so excited to recognize and celebrate Jameson as the Stellar Comet this month! Jameson is a role model student that gives 100%, is determined to succeed and do his best, and grows from his mistakes. Jameson is the first one to lend a helping hand, encourage a classmate, and he brings so much happiness to our classroom. He is a natural leader and sets an inspiring example for his peers. We are so happy he’s in our class. Congratulations!
Cory Noonan (McHale) It is my pleasure to recognize Cory as a Stellar Comet. Cory is a good friend to his classmates and always willing to lend them a hand. He is a voracious reader, choosing reading over everything else when given free choice. He is also a talented writer and artist! Cory takes his time with his work, always being sure to give his very best effort. He is never intimidated by a challenge, and consistently pushes himself to learn more. He sets a good example for his classmates, but also makes us smile and laugh. I am so glad to have Cory in my class and proud of him for being a Stellar Comet!
Grade 4
Luke Slocum (Adamucci)
Luke is our Stellar Comet for 4th grade for April because he consistently demonstrates what it means to be a dedicated and respectful student. He comes to class prepared each day and puts forth his best effort in everything he does. Luke works hard, stays focused, and shows pride in his work, always striving to do his best. He is also kind and willing to help others, making him a positive role model in the classroom. His respectful attitude and consistent effort truly set him apart. Congratulations Luke! I am so proud of you.
Alexis Montague (Mertz/Denson) We are so proud to recognize Alexis as our April Stellar Comet! Alexis is always radiating positivity as she walks into the classroom every day. She is always willing to lend a helping hand for her friends and teachers. She is always one that will make sure her classmates are feeling ok and is the first one to check up on them. Alexis continues to always put her best effort forward in all she does. We can always count on Alexis to be a positive role model for her peers. We are so proud of you, Alexis!
Grade 5
Madison White (Schooley) I proudly chose Madison for this month’s Stellar Comet. Madison consistently serves as a positive role model for her peers. Madison is a natural leader as she brings a balanced mix of initiative and kindness to every task, ensuring that those around her feel supported and included. Her active participation in class and enthusiasm for school activities sets a high standard and truly demonstrates a commitment to our Harker community. Madison plays the clarinet in the fifth grade band, participated in flag football, basketball, and volleyball where she was chosen as a team captain! By leading with integrity and a positive attitude, Madison has become an invaluable part of our classroom and a wonderful example of what a Stellar Comet should be. Great work Madison, continue to reach for the stars and shine bright for others to follow!
Ben Parkin (MacGuigan/Rivera) Ben was such an easy selection from our class to be the Stellar Comet! He is an incredibly diligent student as he works hard independently and in small groups. He is someone that his classmates can look to as a positive example. His teachers regularly talk amongst themselves about how great a kid he is! He is very respectful and caring to everyone he meets. We know that when Ben is given a task, he is going to complete it to the best of his ability, and it will often be 100% correct. We are so thankful that Ben is a part of our class and hope to have many ‘Bens’ in the future! Congratulations, Ben!
