Cecily Conner (McHale)

Cecily is the perfect example of everything a Stellar Comet should be. She takes her schoolwork very seriously, and never gives up when it gets challenging. She is respectful to all adults and her peers. Being helpful and kind are some of her innate qualities that make her a great friend. She can often be found assisting her classmates or teacher. Cecily always makes great choices and is a wonderful role model. I am so lucky to have her in my class, and I am endlessly proud of her!

Xavier Alicea (Nair)

Xavier was chosen as our Stellar Comet for so many wonderful reasons! He is kind, hardworking, and respectful. He goes out of his way to show kindness to others, often without expecting or seeking any recognition. Xavier always puts forth his best effort, even during challenging lessons, and isn’t afraid to ask for help when he needs it. He may be quiet, he consistently shows respect toward his classmates and teachers. Xavier, our classroom family is so proud of you! Keep shining bright and being the amazing kid you are!

Sara Chaundhary (Adamucci)

Congratulations to Sara, our October Stellar Comet! 

Sara is being recognized as our Stellar Comet for being a hardworking, caring, and thoughtful member of our classroom community. She comes to school prepared and ready to learn, always gives her best effort, and is willing to lend a helping hand whenever someone needs it. Sara looks out for her classmates and makes a special effort to include everyone, helping others feel welcomed and valued. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and positive attitude make her a wonderful role model for our class. We are so proud of Sara for showing what it means to be a shining star in our classroom!

Christian Lynn (Kline/Gentleman)

We are thrilled to have Christian as this month’s Stellar Comet.  Christian gets along with his classmates, and is respectful to everyone.  He comes to school prepared and ready to work hard each day.  Christian really enjoys his role of “Puppy Ambassador”and makes sure to provide great care to our classroom foster puppies.  He is a hard worker, and always puts forth his best effort.  Christian is a wonderful role model to his peers.  We are so happy he is a part of our class family.  Congratulations, Christian! 

Harrison “Bear” Logan (Ortega) 

We are thrilled to present Bear with this month’s Stellar Comet award! Bear has an infectious personality that lights up every room he enters. He is a tremendous friend, and he is always one of the first to volunteer a helping hand to someone in need. Though he is a talented student, Bear never settles. He looks for opportunities to grow and challenge himself every day. That combination of talent, work ethic, and positive attitude will carry him far, and I can’t wait to see all that he accomplishes in the years to come. Congratulations, Bear! You have earned this recognition through your hard work, and we are so proud of you! 

Charlotte Barnabie (Steinmetz)

Charlotte is a delightful young lady who adds so much value to our classroom community. Her warm smile helps create a welcoming atmosphere, and she is friendly and kind to those around her, always willing to lend a helping hand to classmates and teachers alike.

Charlotte possesses a quiet inner strength that guides her in making wise choices and striving to do what is right. This strength also shines through in her diligence with her schoolwork and her perseverance and grit. She is someone who keeps going, even when things get challenging, and consistently strives to show up as her best self.

Charlotte should be incredibly proud of herself and how well she is navigating the challenges of fifth grade. We are so proud of her, too!
