OEC State can't happen without volunteers. We can't pay you but we can feed you. Our volunteers will be fed. We need volunteers with or without medical background. Register HERE
General volunteers: We need volunteers that would be needed just to run an event.

Victim volunteers: We need volunteers to be patients for our medical scenarios. You don't act - you just sit and be a person that the medical teams will bandage, splint, and ask questions of. You will be paired with a judge who will provide all the answers to those questions for you. 9:30am - 1:10pm
Medical volunteers (Judges): We need volunteers who have medical or emergency services experience to help write, run, and judge the event. Judges are asked to be there from 8:15am - 1:10pm - this allows you time to read and learn the scenario that you will be judging.
Scoring: After the first round of scenarios - scoring staff can go watch the first round - we enter the results into a spreadsheet during rounds 2, 3, and 4. We will continue after the competition is done for about half an hour. We sort the paper score sheets by team and put them in envelopes to be given to each team at the awards ceremony. 10:30am-2:00pm
