Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
As we head into the final stretch of the school year, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank our parents and community for your continued support of Switzerland County Middle School. Your partnership plays a vital role in the success of our students and staff, and we are grateful for the encouragement you provide each day.
There are so many great things happening at SCMS. From strong performances in the classroom to the dedication shown in our spring athletic programs and extra curricular activities, our students continue to represent our school with pride. In addition, the variety of social opportunities and events taking place has allowed our students to stay connected, engaged, and involved in positive ways.
As we move through May, it is important that we all remain focused on finishing the school year strong. Consistent attendance, effort in the classroom, and a commitment to doing one’s best each day will help ensure a successful end to the year for all students.

What's the furthest you've ever been from home?
The farthest I have been from home is Costa Rica! It is beautiful there.
Where is your favorite place to go? vacation?
I enjoy traveling to new places with a beach!

I have a sweet tooth! I love red velvet cake or anything chocolatey.
Do you have pets? If so, describe them?
I have two Boston Terriers named Lucy and Nova!

My favorite quote is actually a Bible verse: "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" Phil 4:13

I enjoy spending time with my grandbabies and gardening.

The furthest I have ever been from home is Arizona.

I am especially proud of my family.

We have a Black Lab/retriever named Thelma Loo.

What do you enjoy doing in the summer?
I love spending time outdoors.

My walk-up music would be Crazy Train *OZZY*.
