Work Permit

Sweetwater Union High School District students must meet and maintain 2.0 G.P.A. (grade point average) and attend school regularly and on time to obtain and keep a work permit.

If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please see Ms. Ortiz or Ms. Aguirre in the front office.

Student must first be hired before turning in the application.

Below is the work permit application for student, parent and employer to fill out.

• Student to fill in section 1

• Parent to complete & sign section 2

• Have your hiring employer complete & sign section 3

Once completed, please turn in application to the FRONT office

Please allow 24 hours for official permits to be generated.
