Sweetwater Union High School District students must meet and maintain 2.0 G.P.A. (grade point average) and attend school regularly and on time to obtain and keep a work permit.

Student must first be hired before turning in the application.
Below is the work permit application for student, parent and employer to fill out.

Parent to complete & sign section 2
Have your hiring employer complete & sign section 3
Once completed, please turn in application to the FRONT office
Please allow 24 hours for official permits to be generated.
