SWEET WATER RECIPES

Cultivating fresh, locally grown food is an essential part of daily practice at Sweet Water Foundation. Learning to cook the bountiful harvest that we cultivate is equally important. At The Commonwealth, members of the SWF Wisdom Council join SWF team members to cook meals every week.

Many of the recipes shared on the Seeding the Future website are recipes that have been cooked onsite using primarily produce from the Community Farm, Community Garden, and Hoop Houses. The recipes include the ingredients that can be found at The Commonwealth (during peak growing season) and health benefits of the recipe.

We have also included links to recipes that we have found online and tried at home.

Try out these recipes with the seedlings you are growing at home, or stop by The Commonwealth during our Friday Farmer's Markets (July - October) for fresh produce.
