This course is designed to prepare students to gain a greater understanding of money, commerce and credit. This is the course that your parents wish they had in high school! The goal of the course is to help students make more informed financial decisions in their future. In this course, we take a real world approach to today’s financial landscape.

Students in grades 9 through 12
This course counts as a graduation requirement for the class of 2026 and beyond.
This is a semester class.
Students will earn .50 credit.
Students in FMGT1101- CCP may earn one high school credit and three college credits as well as the Microsoft Excel credential.
Successful completion of two related half credit or a full year career-technical course may meet the fine arts credit for high school graduation. See your counselor for details.
