What does it take to turn a simple idea into a successful business? In Introduction to Entrepreneurship, students discover how innovators, creators, and business owners bring ideas to life—and how they can do it too.
This dynamic, hands-on course introduces students to the mindset and skills of successful entrepreneurs. Students will learn how to identify opportunities, develop creative ideas, and understand the basics of starting and running a business. Through real-world projects and collaborative activities, they will explore key topics such as business planning, marketing, budgeting, and decision-making.
Students will also develop essential life skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership—skills that are valuable in any career path. By working through challenges and brainstorming solutions, students learn how to think creatively and take initiative like real entrepreneurs.
