What do you want your future to look like—and how do you get there? In this engaging, hands-on course, students will explore their strengths, interests, and personality to discover career paths that truly fit who they are.
Students will research careers that align with their skills and goals, and compare college and post-secondary options to determine the best pathway after high school. Along the way, they will build essential life skills such as personal finance, budgeting, and responsible money management to prepare for real-world independence.
This course also focuses on developing strong leadership, communication, and professional skills that are valued in any career field. Students will participate in Reality Day, an interactive experience that simulates real-life financial decision-making and responsibilities.
In addition, students will explore the impact of social media on personal and professional life, learning how to build a positive and responsible digital presence.
By the end of the course, students will not only have a clearer vision of their future—they will have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to begin building it.
