A tessellation is a repeating pattern of figures that covers a plane without any gaps or overlaps. Dutch artist M. C. Escher (1898-1972) can be regarded as the 'Father' of modern tessellations. In term 4, Grade 6 used digital painting software Krita, and others, to create their unique tessellations.
