Behind every young artist about to step into the spotlight, there’s a crew making sure the curtain rises—and without YOU this show can't go on.
At Silver Creek, there’s a unique group of students who don’t just follow the script—they write it. These are the “A Wing Kids.” The creatives. The performers. The independent thinkers who don’t blend in—they stand out. Drama, marching band, orchestra, choir—they’re in all of it, pushing boundaries and finding their place. They’re not just learning—they’re becoming.
But here’s the thing—these kids aren’t just artists and performers. They’re tomorrow’s innovators. The ones who will change how we see the world. And they’re ready to connect, create, and do it on their terms. They're doing more than getting through high school—they are finding their voice and learning how to use it.
And that’s where SCOPA comes in. The Silver Creek Organization for Performing Arts isn’t on stage—it’s backstage. Quietly, constantly supporting, like a loving parent. SCOPA is the force that helps with performance costs and expenses and creates moments like the trip to Universal Studios where these kids recorded soundtracks for Despicable Me. SCOPA is the enabler, the unseen hand that makes these unforgettable experiences possible.
And... we need you to be part of this crew. To support the next generation of artists, creators, and visionaries, it takes a team. You can help keep the curtain rising, with the spotlight shining on these amazing kids who are brave enough to be center stage.
And the best part? You’re already in. Whether you’re a Silver Creek musician, singer, actor, or fellow student cheering from the sidelines—you’re in. If you’re the parent of a performance artist volunteering at bingo nights, enjoying performances, or donating your time, money, and love to help these young creatives grow—you’re an honorary member of the A Wing too.
As part of this A Wing community, you’ve got a very important role to play.
Together, we’re not just supporting performances—we’re fueling a movement. And without you, the show can’t go on. The lights stay off. The curtain stays down. But with you? These kids are ready to take the stage and own it.
There are SO many ways for you to be part of this, right now:
