Go to Classlink and search TECH HELP TICKET. Please do this instead of emailing- it will ensure that your issue gets to the right person quickly.

Waiting on Requestor
Once you have submitted a ticket, keep an eye on your email! Your building tech will respond to you and ask you questions. Reply directly to their email to answer their questions.
Your ticket will auto-close after 5 days if your tech has asked a question and not gotten a response from you.
Use the Search Function to Find Your Platform
You don't have to scroll through ALL the platforms listed in order to find the one you're having trouble with. Use the search function to find the one you're looking for. (No audio in the video below)
