Submit a tech ticket after you have tried the help and troubleshooting guides on this website. Please submit a ticket rather than emailing individuals- this will ensure that your concern is directed to the correct person.
How do I submit a ticket?
Go to the staff page on the SVSD website.
Click on SVSD Technology Support.
Continue to log in with Classlink.
Click on the document on the right- it will tell you how to get to your ticket to the right person, the type of information that will help that person understand your issue, and how to monitor the progress of your ticket.
