Try these basic troubleshooting tips when something is just not working right
If someone tells you to "clear your cache" or "clear your browsing history" then follow these steps.

Click on the tree dots in the upper right corner of Chrome.
Click on delete browsing data.
Click on Advanced then choose All Time for the Time Range.
Check ALL the boxes and then click Delete Data.
Did it log you out of everything? Good! That was what it was supposed to do. 😊

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of Edge.
Choose Delete Browsing Data.
Choose All Time for the Time Range.
Click all the check boxes and click Clear Now.

Click on the Windows Icon.
Click on the Power Icon.
Choose RESTART.
Important Tip: Do NOT choose SHUT DOWN. When we are troubleshooting, it is important to choose restart instead of shutdown.
Make sure your Chrome account is synced!
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Make sure that the drop down says "Sync is On"
If it does not, click the button to sync.
Go to www.blocked.com
Does it say "You are logged in as..."? If not, then click on the button to login.
Follow the instructions below to check for updates on your device.
Click on your Windows Menu, then Settings.
Choose Windows Update on the left menu.
Click Install next to any pending updates.
