Tech Pay VS Tech Stipend
Each year you can earn an extra 7 hours of tech pay by completing tech PD. Many people do this at BLAST, but you can also use one of the PD opportunities offered below. In order to claim your 7 hours, complete a qualified PD and submit a pink sheet (no code needed) to Melissa Lazorik at the DO.
Note: on your monthly paystub you will see an item called Tech Stipend. This is NOT the same as the 7 hours of tech pay.

Work 1x1 with a Digital Learning coach. Set a goal and learn new skills!
A coaching cycle is teaching and learning first. Therefore, a goal will look more like: "I want to give students formative feedback more quickly" and not like" "I want to learn how to use Canva."
