This year we want to try something new called Digital Learning Cycles. Our purpose for this new process is to:
Focus our efforts more on the instructional strategies and less on the technology.
Provide staff with more voice and choice over what, how and when they learn.
Embed the learning within the context of what staff are already doing.
We invite you to work with a Digital Learning Coach on a 4-step process that involves the following:
Step 1: Set Goal
Step 2: Learn
Step 3: Implement
Step 4: Reflect
Staff who participate will be eligible for 3 clock hours and can also submit a timesheet for Tech Hours if they haven't already used the allotted 7.
