She then spent 9 years putting her skills to use as a K-8 educator in the homeschool community developing curriculum, facilitating clubs and educational co-ops, and providing consultation in educational methodology and curriculum.
In 2023, Liz joined the SVCS community as a paraeducator at the middle school, later jumping into the shoes of a classroom assistant. She assumed the role of special education teacher first at the elementary campus and later moving back to the middle school campus in 2024.
Liz is thrilled to move into the role of the SVCS 5th/6th grade homeroom teacher, and 5th-8th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies (Humanities) teacher!
In her free time Liz enjoys rambling, exploring nature, dancing, drawing, reading, watching good movies, drinking hot tea and good conversation. She loves all things Celtic, dragonflies, Valais Blacknose sheep, and Highland cows. And her favorite treat is Katz gluten/dairy free chocolate donut holes.
