"This course is designed for individuals who want to compete at a high level in athletics. The class is designed to improve overall physical performance and athleticism. Students will strength train as well as use various other methods to improve their speed/agility/quickness, power output and mobility. Students will also work on strengthening their bodies and working on mobility in ways that will help with injury prevention. This class is for the student who wants and is willing to train at a high level of intensity."
Spartan Athletic Development
Students will choose one of the options below based on their grade:
10th-12th graders: 6:30-8:30am (breakfast is at 8:30am)
This session is for the highly competitive varsity or junior varsity athlete who has been training in the Spartan Athletic Development in and off-season programs.
10th-12th graders: 7:15-9:30am (breakfast is at 7:15am)
This session is for the highly competitive varsity or junior varsity athlete who has been training in the Spartan Athletic Development in and off-season programs.
9th & 10th graders: 8:15-10:30am (breakfast is at 8:15am)

This session is for all incoming 9th grade athletes and 10th grade athletes who have not been heavily involved in our in-season or off-season Athletic Development programs.
6th-8th graders: 10:05-11:25pm
This session is for all incoming 6th - 8th grade athletes.
