In the Hall of the Mountain King Virtual Performance

Google Cultural Institute brings to you a 360 virtual performance in which you can be on stage, up close and personal with the musicians. This is a performance of "In the Fall of the Mountain King" from Edvard Greig's "Peer Gynt." Performed by The Philadelphia Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, there are three cameras that will take you around the stage to see the musicians in action!

Fraction Pies

In 3rd Grade, we focus a lot of our time on learning note values and rhythms. This site enhances music literacy and composition skills in those areas. After looking through the information first provided, by scrolling to the bottom of the website, there is a rhythmic composition game that relates music notes to fraction pies to help students create a whole measure in 4/4 time, while at the same time practicing fractions.
