Sophomore Year Checklist

• Align your classes with your career interests and college prep needs. 

• Prepare for college entrance exams by taking ACT practice tests or signing up for the PSAT.

• Participate in student organizations and activities like athletics, clubs, volunteer or leadership societies.

• Meet with your counselor to review academic opportunities and pathways.

• Add to your resume throughout the year.

• Research colleges, universities, technical schools, etc. that interest you.
