Head of School
As Head of School, Ms. Kira leads the faculty and staff in all of the school's operations including curriculum and administration. This is Kira's first year at Summit Montessori School and she joins the faculty and staff on July 1, 2025. Learn more about Summit's new Head of School in the press release here.
Office Manager and
Communications Coordinator
Ms. Treva is your go-to source when you don't know who to contact! Going to be absent or running late? Call her first! She also coordinates summer camp and after care sign ups, keeps attendance and student records, sends out major school communications, and can find the answer to just about any question.
Director of Finance and Operations
If you have any questions about your contract, payment information, or financial concerns, Mr. Chris is who to turn to. You can direct any questions or concerns about the school's buildings & grounds to him.

Director of Advancement
You likely have grown to know Ms. Rebecca through the admissions cycle, but the Advancement Office also leads the Development efforts of the school. Development on campus helps to push Summit to excellence through fundraising and volunteerism. If you have questions about the orientation process, navigating new systems, or supporting the growth of the school, please reach out to her!

Advancement Assistant
Ms. Ali supports the goals, programs, and activities of the Advancement office in both Admissions and Development. Reach out to her if you have questions about your Ravenna account, gifts you've made to the school, or you'd like to help out at upcoming events. Ali returns from family leave on August 4.

School Nurse
Nurse Madeleine keeps the whole Summit community healthy! She keeps student health records, administers medications, attends to the bumps and bruises of childhood, and helps set health policies. Any health related questions over the school year that crop up are for her! Nurse Madeleine starts her tenure at Summit on August 4.

Elementary Level Curriculum Coordinator
Level Coordinators at the Beginners, Children's House, and Elementary levels lead their respective faculty teams in the implementation of Montessori curriculum and help plan events for their classrooms. If you have over-arching questions about curriculum at your child's level, you can reach out to the appropriate staff member! Once the school year gets started you should contact your child's classroom teachers for specific questions about the curriculum, your child's growth and development, their academic achievement, how they're settling in, or even just how the day went.
