• Enrollment Forms Request for you to fill out and return via the Ravenna portal (these are required for your child to be on campus with us during Summer Camp or the upcoming school year)

  • Developmental History (for Beginners and Children's House students)

  • School Permissions

• Aftercare Interest Form so that Summit can begin to staff for the demand expressed (sign up occurs later in a later mailing)

• Days Off Calendar (includes all scheduled half days or no-school days)

• Cultural Calendar Invitation 

  • This is a draft of the cultural holidays, observances, and events that our families may be celebrating or observing. 

  • You are invited to update this calendar with any events that you'd like to see reflected that are important to your family

• Welcome Packets for each Level (Beginners, Children's House, Elementary) that include:

  • Welcome letter and information from Level Coordinator

  • Student Orientation Schedule for Week 1 of School

  • Classroom Supply List

• Parent Orientation Event Schedule/Invitation

• Class Lists and Teacher Assignments 

• 2025-2026 Parent Handbook

• Event School Calendar 

  • Includes annual events beyond the days off so that you can plan ahead. 

  • While some events do change or are added, we do our best to convey as much information ahead of time as we can. 

  • Days off are not changed once the "Days Off Calendar" is released except in extremely rare circumstances or due to events beyond the school's control (ie inclement weather)
