Note: I am on-call 365 days a year for technology emergencies, which must be reported by phone. Emails and technology service request forms are not reviewed outside of regular work hours.
A technology emergency refers to any unexpected event or failure involving the school’s digital infrastructure—such as network outages, server failures, cybersecurity breaches, or computer malfunctions—that disrupts the normal operation of educational or administrative activities and requires immediate technical intervention to restore functionality and minimize instructional or operational downtime.
