Adaptive activities are those that modify some element of the exercise or environment to meet the specific needs of the individual and accommodate disabilities, chronic health conditions, or injuries. By providing accessible, community-focused programs, we champion inclusion, foster physical and mental well-being, and build a supportive network where every person can thrive.
