Exercise is Medicine on campus is a program designed to inspire students and faculty to make movement a part of their daily lives. Using physical activity surveys to assess health, EIM-OC focuses on connecting health care and fitness providers with students to allow for exercise prescription as a means of healthcare.
October is EIM- OC Month! Make sure to tune in to our social media in order to stay up to date with our kickoff event and a month full of physical activity challenges for the chance to win prizes!
Join us on Wednesday October 2 at 1pm on the main quad to help kickoff EIM-OC Month!
President Fitzsimmons will be there to read the President's Proclamation, and we'll have games and music! Free t-shirts and water bottles while supplies last.
