There was a time where I was cooking at home for a party, and I wanted to make a recipe that involved a spiralizer, which I didn't have. After buying one and using it for literally one item and then not using it for months, I wondered what else I could make with this unique appliance. I found out about zoodles, which are noodles, but made from zucchini with a spiralizer. After running the zucchini through the spiralizer and cooking it, I added a multitude of vegetables like olives, asparagus, and bell peppers. You can add anything to the pan that you like, and the best part is that it also uses the zucchini skins, so there is absolutely no waste here.
