Stale Bread

I had noticed over the course of a few days that a bag of baugettes sat waiting to be used on the counter. After confirming that they were not going to be used in any culinary class due to them being hard as a rock, I decided to make one of my favorites, garlic bread. I made mine a little simpler than the recipe shown below, but it turned out just as well.
