Welcome, my name is Jack McColl. I am a junior at Staples High School and my passion is cooking dishes from around the world.

I am so excited to share recipes on this site from lands that I have personally lived in or visited, and from meals cooked for me by locals that were happy to share their time and love of food. From faraway lands including Australia, India, Spain, Mexico, Japan and North America.
